Access To Work
Many of my clients are fully funded through the Access to Work scheme, which is run by the UK Government.
You may be eligible for funding (see below) if ADHD or other neurodiverse characteristics affect your performance at work or in your business.

What Access to Work Can Fund
Access to Work may provide yearly funding for:
-
Specialist ADHD coaching
-
Executive function and execution support
-
Accountability and structured work sessions
-
Assistive technology and software
-
Workplace adjustments and equipment
This funding exists because the barrier is not ability.
It’s friction between cognitive style and workplace structure.
Who Is It For?
You may be eligible if:
-
You're an intelligent creative builder that struggles with follow through.
-
Have ADHD or any other neurodivergent condition as defined by The Equality Act 2010, either diagnosed or awaiting assessment.

How it works
-
The application is made via the GOV.UK Access to Work service.
-
An advisor gets in touch with you to discuss your needs.
-
The funds are provided on the basis of the agreed support.
-
Coaching sessions will commence after approval.
-
I can guide you through the process and provide the necessary quotes and information for your application.
Who I Work With
I work with neurodivergent professionals and business owners who:
-
Know exactly what needs to be done, but struggle to execute it consistently
-
Are capable and intelligent, but caught in attention drift cycles
-
Plan well, yet lose traction mid week
-
Perform strongly in bursts, but want sustainable output
-
Want structure without shame
Many of my clients are not lacking discipline.
They’re operating a high performance brain without the right scaffolding.
If you’d like support applying for Access to Work funding or want to explore whether you’re eligible, get in touch, and I’ll talk you through the next steps.
